I made a tutorial how I did that light sparkle everyone liked so much! ( original image [link] )
I hope this will help you in your progres.
I want to apologise for taking me so long and for my bad english...( my Grammar and spelling suck)
In this tutorial I was working with a new light sparkle...but proces is the same!
I didn`t made it to look pretty...I was thinking of making it more simple than pretty...
